ORDERS & CUSTOMIZATION

What is the minimum order?

As a small business we currently require a minimum order of 10 pieces (1 set) per purchase at a 10% discounted rate compared to individual purchases. This helps us streamline logistics and ensure efficient packaging. We are working hard to offer individual pieces in the future.

Can I place a bulk order for my business?

Yes. Please contact us with your full name, company name, email, phone number, shipping address, tax ID (if applicable), products you want to order, and quantity.

We will get back to you with the rate, delivery time and estimated shipping fee. We may not be able to offer bulk orders for some countries.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Yes. We can accommodate semi-or full bespoke shapes, colors, and textures. Please contact us for a free consultation to discuss design, lead time and budget. Minimum quantity is 30 pieces. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, remote islands, Mexico and Russia.

When does my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. However our small team will do our best to deliver your order within 10 business days. 

Can I change my shipping address?

We’re happy to help you correct the shipping address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. For a smooth solution, please provide your order number (#xxxxx) and the correct shipping address. Please note that we are unable to change the address once the order has been passed to the carrier.

Are customs fees and taxes included in the price?

No, the import of products from Japan may be subject to taxes and customs fees in your country. Customs fees and required documentation are the buyer’s responsibility. If you refuse to pay, the package will be returned to us, and we will refund your order minus the actual shipping costs.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

All returns must be in new, undamaged condition with original packaging and made within 30 days of shipment.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us to inform us of your return and the reason. Customers are responsible for return customs fees and shipping costs.

To process your return, include the following information:

• Your name 

• Email address 

• Order number 

• Name of the items and quantity

What if my product gets damaged?

If items are damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Can I cancel an order?

 If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it. Unfortunately, once it has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel the order.
